Alix Earle is paired up with Valentin "Val" Chmerkovskiy on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars.
Sources previously revealed that Val is reportedly "jealous" of other pairings on the show, allegedly wanting to dance with Danielle Fishel instead.
Now, fans are convinced that Alix and Val are fully feuding behind the scenes, but they've weighed in on the rumor.
Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars instead even halfway over, but already, it's been one of the most dramatic seasons in recent history. Per industry insiders, this season "has been hard" on everyone involved—especially the pro dancers. And while it's been said that one pro in particular isn't pleased with his partner, it seems Val Chmerkovskiy and Alix Earle are finally ready to address those feud rumors.
After their performance of "What Is This Feeling?" for the show's Wicked-themed episode on October 21, Us Weekly straight-up asked Val and Alix were asked if the song choice for their jazz routine might have been a reference to their rumored rift. According to Alix: There's no bad blood between herself and her partner.
"You know, online, people say a bunch of stuff, but I can say, behind the scenes, it's all love," she said. "I feel like there's a lot of fans online this season, which I know is newer, and just it keeps growing as the show grows. But I'm so happy we got the song we did, and it was really fun for us to kind of tap into that."
This isn't the first time Alix debunked feud rumors with Val. Only 10 days into the competition, she hopped on TikTok to clear up any confusion with fans.
"It's so funny, because I feel like we're becoming besties," Alix said of Val during her GRWM clip, which was posted on September 26. "I think we both just have sarcastic personalities and maybe we need to chill that out, because it does make us look like we hate each other."
Val also cleared things up on TikTok, commenting, noting that "the reach here is wild" and "Alix is an absolute pleasure to work with."

As you might recall, Alix and Val feud rumors all started with a report from Page Six, which claimed the two weren't getting along and that Val was "miserable" working with her. Soon after, the Daily Mail weighed in, claiming Val was allegedly "jealous" of other pairings.
"Alix is fine…but he's jealous of the contestants who have great attitudes," an insider told the outlet, adding that Val had his sights set on being paired up with Danielle Fishel, who muscled through her choreo earlier in the season with a torn hamstring.
But it seems like those rumors were just that: rumors!!
