One video featuring the Say Anything star quickly gained traction, as he didn't hold back his feelings. In the interview with CNN, the actor was asked, "What is the story of Chicago?"
"Go to hell," Cusack bluntly responded, without hesitation. "What's interesting is that he [Trump] doesn't understand all the labor rights from around the world came from this town, this place. So, if he thinks this place is gonna be a fascist hub. No chance."
Cusack got support in the comments section with a fan writing, "Go JOHN!!!! We love you!! Screaming all the way from Texas! We have blue dots in this red gerrymandered state!! Your voice is needed! Thank you!!".
Another fan popped up to declare, "Good to see you out supporting your fellow countrymen," while a different fan stated, "Thank you John for standing up, ❤."
