Kristin Cavallari is getting back in the dating game
The Hills alum revealed on the latest episode of her Let's Be Honest podcast that she recently went on a date with a professional sports coach, but she's keeping his name private

Kristin Cavallari went on a date with a professional sports coach recently, but she wasn't feeling the sparks.
On the Tuesday, Oct. 21 episode of her Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari podcast, The Hills alum revealed that she was recently set up on a date with a well-known coach. But she wasn't naming names.
While speaking with friend and frequent podcast guest Justin Anderson, Cavallari shared that a day after she told herself she was "ready to go on a date" again, her agent called her and helped arrange one.
"I'm not gonna say his name. I'm not even gonna say which sport, because I just know people could narrow it down and there's no point," Cavallari, 38, said before confirming that her date is a "big deal" in his profession, although she initially "didn't know who he was."
"Patti Stanger was like, 'You should go out with coaches... And then literally, I think it was a couple weeks after that episode aired and I said to the universe 'I'm ready to go on a date,' that's what happened," she added. "I manifested that into my life."

The date, Cavallari revealed, was set up by her agency, which the coach is also represented by. "Our two agents made it happen," she revealed. "He flew to Nashville, he took me to dinner. Such a great guy, like a really, really good guy. I think what happened there was, it just wasn't right."
The reality star previously shared during an August episode of her podcast that she hadn't yet gone on a date in 2025 following her October 2024 split from her former boyfriend of seven months, Mark Estes. During her latest podcast episode, she revealed that she usually knows "after the first date" if she's into someone or not.
While she was "trying to make it work" and wanted to see the coach a second time, "everything in me was telling me not to."
"If you can really tune in with your body and listen to your body... As soon as I told him, 'Hey, I'm not all in, I think you're great, blah blah blah,' I felt a lot better," she said. "Like my whole body relaxed."
Anderson added that Cavallari told him she "really liked" the coach as a person after they debriefed on the outing, but she "can't fake it" when the sparks aren't there.

"He is such a good guy. It's not like we [had] a bad time. I enjoyed talking to him, but I think because it was my first date in so long, I was like, 'Oh, I should try, really give this 100%.' And I just, I don't know. It just wasn't right," she explained.
The jewelry designer and entrepreneur was previously married to retired NFL star Jay Cutler. The couple split in spring 2020 and share kids Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9.
While discussing a dry spell in her dating life back in August, Cavallari shared that while she had a "really great first date back in the game," she "needed this year to kind of just focus on myself."
