The "landmark event" will take place nationwide in 30 cities
The respective artists shared a fun video on Instagram announcing the news
Three R&B royalty acts are getting ready to share the stage.
On Friday, Oct. 24, iconic supergroup New Edition announced they're going on the New Edition Way Tour with Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton next year.
In a video announcement shared to their respective Instagram accounts, New Edition members Bobby Brown, Ronnie DeVoe, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill sit around a living room playing music and talking about their 2024-2025 Las Vegas Residency.
Looking to do something bigger and better and "go to the next level," they make a FaceTime call to Boyz II Men.

The "One Sweet Day" singers — Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris — answer the phone and agree to share the stage... but not before it's suggested the two groups are missing a "feminine energy."
Queue Braxton. "Y'all already know I'm the honorary seventh member of @newedition. 😂 So it's only right that we hit the road together," the "Un-Break My Heart" singer captioned her Instagram post of the clip.
"Here's the vision: All three of us on the same stage every night, not taking turns, actually performing together... an original music experience," they voice over the video announcement.

Presented by the Black Promoters Collective, the nationwide tour will kick off Jan. 29 and span 30 cities.
Tickets will first become available through several presales from Oct. 27 to Oct. 30. The general on-sale launches Oct. 31 at 10 a.m. local time. More information is available via Ticketmaster.
Described as a "landmark event" in a press release, the tour will celebrate "music, legacy, and connection—offering fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience these legendary artists performing together in one dynamic 360° view, delivering an up-close and immersive concert experience like never before."
"You're seeing artists who've shaped the culture come together to celebrate music that continues to stand the test of time," says Gary Guidry, CEO of the Black Promoters Collective, in a statement.
"This tour represents the spirit of collaboration, excellence, and respect for pristine artistry," adds Shelby Joyner, President of BPC.
