The memoir's cover features a naked black-and-white picture of Bertinelli, 65. But the star took to Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 28, to share some pictures from her book's cover photoshoot that didn't make the cut.

In the two shots, Bertinelli is smiling brightly while wearing an unbuttoned white shirt.

"#throwback to some photos that didn't make the cover of 'Getting Naked'," she wrote in the caption, along with information on how to order the book.

Fans applauded Bertinelli in the comments of the post, calling her "beautiful" and "radiant" while writing about their excitement for the book's release.

Bertinelli recently talked to PEOPLE about being "nervous" about the new book when announcing the memoir.

"I'm excited if not a little nervous because this book is almost uncomfortably personal," she said. "I'm hoping it reaches the right people so that they can see themselves in it and know that there's a way through all the challenges we have in our life."

She also spoke about the memoir on The Drew Barrymore Show, when Food Network alum explained, "I want my life experiences to have meant something."

The One Day at a Time star has been open with followers over the year in her self-help journey, including sharing her own experiences on knowing when to let go, finding self-love and using journaling as a cathartic release online.

Getting Naked will hit shelves on March 10, 2026 and is available for preorder now, wherever books are sold.
