Christopher Schwarzenegger, 28, put his muscles to work during a family pumpkin patch trip in Brentwood, Calif.
His toned arms are part of his dramatically transformed appearance
Schwarzenegger has said previously that his weight loss journey was kick-started when he gave up bread for Lent and lost 30 lbs.

The youngest child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver showed off his flex appeal in a bicep-baring tank top while hoisting the sizable pumpkins. The University of Michigan grad, 28, joined sister Katherine Schwarzenegger and her husband, Chris Pratt, on a trip to the Brentwood Country Mart's pumpkin patch with two of the couple's three children: Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3. (They welcomed son Ford, last November, and Pratt is also father to son, Jack, 13, whom he shares with ex Anna Faris.)

Christopher recently shared that his transformed appearance is the result of many factors, but that it ramped up when he lost 30 lbs. in two months by giving up bread for Lent, the 40-day religious observance before Easter. But, as he's shared, it's been six years in the making. Christopher opened up about the process while speaking at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles in May.
"It was a big process," Christopher said during a discussion alongside his mom, as well as Kelly Osbourne and host Jeff Beacher, who was celebrating his own weight loss. "I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, 'Oh, I'm going to go out and do all this stuff, be in Australia,' and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities."
"I was like, 'I want to go skydiving.' And my friends were like, 'Yeah, no shot.' I was like, 'Yeah, I can't skydive.' "
He had shared that his health struggle extended back to his teens, when he would bring prepared meals into school which made him feel "like a weirdo when I was bringing weird lunches to school."

"I tried everything," Christopher said. "It's not an overnight thing, but it took a lot of trial and error."
"And even still to this day ... when you're saying, 'Oh, before and after photos' ... I don't feel like I'm an 'after' yet. I don't feel like I'm at the point."
