Charli xcx commented on her relationship with cosmetic enhancements in a new interview with Vanity Fair published on Oct. 14
The singer admitted that she quit Botox due to her acting career but admitted that she's "always thinking about how I look and what I would change about my face"
She even said she has to stop herself from getting "too sucked in" about altering her appearance
Charli xcx's relationship with cosmetic enhancements is romantic — but also not.
In an interview with Vanity Fair published on Oct. 14, the "Apple" singer, 33, admitted that she quit using Botox because of her pursuit of acting. "I did a couple of audition tapes where I had Botox, and my eyebrows were doing that crazy thing when they kind of lift," she admitted.
The decision was likely made for the better, but Charli — who will costar in a new A24 project with Kylie Jenner — added that she does "miss it." Although nothing's stopping her from making a to-do list of cosmetic enhancements, including a mid-facelift.

"I'm always thinking about how I look and what I would change about my face," she admitted. "I'm f------ thinking about all the s--- that I could do and pull and stretch and morph on my face, all the time," she said, then adding, "I have to just remind myself that maybe I can't get too sucked into that."
The Grammy winner revealed that she researches different procedures on the website RealSelf, which is likely how she ended up in the comment section of cosmetic injector Molly Bailey, who in 2024 speculated about the work — read: an eyebrow lift, lip filler, Botox and a rhinoplasty — Charli supposedly had done. "Omg I'm obsessed [with] this s---]," the artist said in response.

Charli's admission comes amid a newfound honesty around celebrity cosmetic procedures. Recently, Kris Jenner doubled down on talking about her viral facelift, which she told Vogue Arabia was done because "it was time for a refresh."
On the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast, the Kardashians star even revealed that her surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine, has been so in demand that he's asked referred patients to use a "secret password" when booking his services.
The same honesty was also displayed by the momager's daughter Kylie, who broke the internet when she revealed the exact details of her breast augmentation, including her cup size.
Aside from entering a new chapter with cosmetic enhancements, Charli also stepped into one with her now-husband George Daniels. The couple celebrated their union with a star-studded ceremony in Italy two months after tying the knot in a private London ceremony.
"It's cool to be married," Charli told Vanity Fair, which also reported that she received her Vivienne Westwood bridal look five days before the occasion the first go-around. "I never really saw it for myself, to be honest," she added.
