The model and author revealed that she and John Legend were now the proud parents of a "lake family"

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are starting a new era as a "lake family!"
On Sunday, Aug. 17, the model and author, 39, revealed that she was having a day out on the water with her family.
Teigen — who shares daughters Luna Simone, 8, and Esti, 2, and sons Miles Theodore, 7, and Wren Alexander, 2 — with husband Legend, posted a video on her Instagram Stories of her youngest daughter putting on her life vest.
After jumping around in excitement, Esti put her arms out as someone dressed her into the safety jacket.
"Esti there's unicorn wings on the back," Teigen told her daughter from behind the camera.
"Where?," the little girl asked as tried to turn her head, prompting Teigen to reply, "On the back, on the side."

Esti Maxine jumping before wearing a life jacket on family lake day
With her hair tied into two buns and sporting blue short jeans and white sandals, Esti appeared excited and in good spirits.
"Had our first lake life experience on the water today! Happy to now be a lake family," she wrote in text over the video. "Prontoons are the minivans of water and I love them."

Wren was featured in the background of the sweet clip sporting a blue life jacket emblazoned with a whale on the back.
His hair was notable shorter after his mom revealed last week that she needs two days to cut his hair.

"Day one of a two day haircut (he gets very very mad)," she wrote over a video of Wren sitting in a white high chair, while holding an orange toy car.
Teigen, who often shares snaps of her family's fun moments, revealed last month that she had an at-home date night with her husband, planned by their daughter Luna.
Luna created a custom menu at her very own "Rainbow Cafe" for her parents, which included fruit, salad, Kraft macaroni and cheese, branzino and as dessert.
Wren helped serve his parents an ice cream cake with yellow cake and chocolate frosting.
"She is everything I ever was as a little girl but ten million times better," Teigen wrote in her caption as she gushed about her eldest child.
