<p>Guy Fieribroke his silence after getting hit with a lawsuit from Food Network show winner Kevin Cooper.</p>
<p>On Tuesday, July 1, the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives star, 57, took to Instagram with photos of his family and a short message.</p>

<p>"I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse. 👊🏼🥪," Fieri captioned his update, referencing a quote from The Godfather.</p>
<p>In the featured image, the celebrity chef posed with his two sons, Hunter and Ryder, and his nephew, Jules, in front of the Castello degli Schiavi in Sicily—which appeared in key scenes of the 1972 film. Another shot showed Fieri smiling beside his wife, Lori, followed by a snap of him taking a selfie in front of the castle.</p>

<p>Fieri did not directly address it, but his post came on the heels of Cooper filing a lawsuit against him, per Philly Mag. The chef from Philadelphia was the champion of Guys' Chance of a Lifetime in 2022, winning the opportunity to run his own Chicken Guy franchise (one of Fieri's brands).</p>
<p>Although Cooper opened his restaurant in 2024, it closed just over a year later. The lawsuit against Fieri alleged a breach of contract regarding his winner package and asked for $100,000 in salary and expenses.</p>
<p>Neither Cooper nor Fieri have publicly addressed the filing. Parade reached out to Fieri for comment but did not immediately hear back.</p>
