<p>Christopher Meloni shared a rare photo of his daughter, Sophia, and Law & Order fans are saying the same thing in the comments.</p>
<p>On Friday, Aug. 8, the actor behind Elliot Stabler took to Instagram with a plug for his older of two children with his wife, Sherman Williams.</p>

<p>For the featured image, Meloni chose a throwback shot of Sophia, 24, as a child. The snap showed her smiling in an exaggerated way that showed off her missing teeth and made her eyes bulge.</p>
<p>"Up and coming waitress with a great smile looking for part time job as a writer @sophiaemeloni," the doting dad captioned his update before sharing a link to Sophia's Substack. "In the mean time, these are her stories."</p>

<p>In the comments, many of Meloni's followers lauded Sophia's writing.</p>
<p>One Instagram user shared, "I subscribed to her Substack a while ago, her writing is absolutely brilliant and beautiful!!!!!!😍👏🏼."</p>
<p>Another confessed, "Been following her for a while. She is incredibly talented!"</p>
<p>Someone else declared, "A great writer 👏👏👏."</p>
<p>Meanwhile, plenty more agreed that Meloni was due for some major payback for publicly sharing such an unflattering photo of his daughter.</p>
<p>One pointed out, "You did her dirty with this picture 🤣."</p>
<p>A different fan echoed, "Lol dad did her dirty lol 😂," as someone else wrote, "Oh you sweet summer child. No one does revenge better than a child. 😂 @sophiaemeloni get him!"</p>
<p>Yet another follower warned, "Ohhhhh she is going to kill you for posting this picture. 😩😩😩."</p>
<p>In addition to Sophia, Meloni and Williams—who have been married since 1995—share a son, Dante, 21.</p>
