A heartbroken family has accused a Las Vegas hotel's restaurant of wrongful death after it allegedly served their son shellfish despite warning them of his fatal allergy. The family of Abraham Kenneth Ezra Williams say the tragedy unfolded after he ordered spaghetti with pesto sauce at Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas in April 2024. According to a wrongful death lawsuit filed this week, Williams had advised the restaurant that he could not eat shellfish, and he fell ill after eating a single bite.
