Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saw the funny side after she was epically trolled by Donald Trump over losing the battle to lead the House Oversight Committee. Trump shared on Truth Social that it was 'really too bad' that Ocasio-Cortez was defeated by Gerry Connolly to lead the House Democrats on the panel. 'She should keep trying,' Trump added. 'Someday, she will be successful!' Ocasio-Cortez pursued a leadership position on the committee, challenging more established and more senior Democrats who were expected to get the role.
