The Barkleys are hitting the road once again.
The famed family ofgolden retrieversfrom Subaru's "Dog Tested. Dog Approved" ads is set to star in a new commercial launching on Nov. 17, and PEOPLE has a behind-the-scenes look at the canines in action.
In the upcoming spot, the dogs come face-to-face with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, and a chase ensues.
The photos show the Barkleys alternately behind the wheel, gazing out the window, and posing in front of the car. One shot even shows one of the goldens on a first-class flight.
The latest canine cast includes golden retrievers Crash, 8, as Poppa Barkley, Owen, 7, as Momma Barkley, Chelsea and Charlie, both 5 months old, as Teen Barkley, and Denver and Dallas, both 3 months old, as Baby Barkley.
The Barkleys have appeared in Subaru's ads for more than a decade.
The family has been played by "a mix of seasoned 'parents,' and new awkward teens and sweet puppies each shoot," according to a press release shared with PEOPLE.
Crash is only the third dog to portray Poppa Barkley, and this was his first year in the role.
A statement from trainers on set noted that Crash was "a little more on the serious side, so he played those parts perfectly." Auggie, who previously played the fatherly figure, "didn't have a serious bone in his body."

The trainers said teenage canines tend to be trickier to work with, adding, "Sometimes they can be a little insecure and less confident than the babies and the adults, but all the dogs end up having a blast!"
Subaru also shared that each of the canine actors "travels like a celeb" and flies in a business-class seat.
The goldens' grooming routine includes a bath the evening before filming. They're then brushed, have their nails clipped, and are fitted with a collar.
For the latest campaign, the Barkleys filmed roughly seven spots over just four days — but fortunately, they had breaks, naps, and plenty of treats to keep them going while shooting the commercials.
"People are surprised how much the dogs truly love what they are doing," read another statement from the trainers for the ads. "You can tell they are having fun, and it's so amazing to see people start to understand how much they love learning and performing."
"The Chase," featuring the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, airs Nov. 16 on Peacock during the Sunday Night Football Eagles game, and officially launches the following day.
