Liam Gallagher isn't holding back after a frightening moment disrupted Oasis' long-awaited return to the stage.

The British rocker blasted a fan who launched flares into the crowd during the band's reunion show at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium on Friday, October 31 — the opening night of their Live 25 tour.

In a post to X the following morning, Gallagher wrote: "To the massive C**T who launched that flare into the crowd last night at the gig in Melbourne you are 1 seriously f**ked up individual and you will get yours trust me."

According to news.com.au, the flares went off during the band's closing song, "Champagne Supernova," sending sparks across the packed floor section of the sold-out venue. One attendee described seeing "flashes" that briefly looked like fires before being contained, adding that she and her 13-year-old daughter left early out of concern for their safety.

During the performance, witnesses say Gallagher appeared visibly annoyed as he wagged his finger at the crowd and mouthed "naughty, naughty" from the stage. His brother and bandmate Noel Gallagher also looked uneasy, though the group finished the set without interruption.

Various angles of the incident have also popped up on social media from other attendees. It's unclear if anyone was injured, but fans took to social media to express their concern.

"How does somebody even get that into the stadium?! Security has some serious questions to answer," one person replied on X.

A second person wrote, "Disgraceful. No fan does that to other fans," while a third agreed, "Always someone out there spoiling the fun."

"Too right, mate. There's passion and then there's pure stupidity, launching a flare into a crowd crosses the line," noted another.

The Melbourne concert marked Oasis' first live show in Australia since 2005, which includes three nights at Marvel Stadium followed by two at Sydney's Accor Stadium.

Despite the fiery disruption, the tour opener reminded fans that even after years apart, Oasis still knows how to put on an explosive show — just maybe not like that.
