<p>Jason Kelce may be cherishing every moment with his girls, but he's ready for one particular phase to end.</p>
<p>The retired Philadelphia Eagles player, 37, shared sweet sentiments about being a girl dad when country singer Zac Brown joined his and brother Travis Kelce's New Heights podcast as a guest this week. Jason, who shares his four daughters with wife Kylie Kelce, revealed that he's enjoying every moment with his little ones, but acknowledged that he's ready for the diaper phase to end.</p>
<p>"We were just on the beach today, and it was a freaking — it's a trip, man, but yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to being out of diapers. There's no question about that."</p>

<p>Jason went on to talk with the country music star, 46, about more of the joys of parenting, including the one thing all parents have to do each night: bath time.</p>
<p>"Every night is chaos," Jason admitted with a laugh. "I don't know how long it's gonna take. It could be 30 minutes. It could be two hours."</p>
<p>Jason, who announced his retirement from the NFL in March 2024, and wife Kylie are the proud parents of four daughters: Finnley "Finn" Anne, 3 months, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, Elliotte Ray, 4, and Wyatt Elizabeth, 5. In May 2023, Jason talked with PEOPLE about being a girl dad, describing it as the "biggest highlight" of his life.</p>
<p>"Before I had children, I told myself if I ever have a daughter, I'm just going to treat them exactly the same as a son," he said. "I don't think that you should treat kids necessarily different."</p>
<p>The former NFL star continued, "And then when I had a daughter, I was like, 'I'm not going to spoil her, I'm going to raise her tough. She's going to be hard.' And the moment she came out, I was like, 'Yeah, that's not going to work.'"</p>

<p>Recently on her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie revealed the "ridiculous" nickname her daughter Elliotte sometimes calls her dad.</p>
<p>"The girls, they will occasionally call Jason Jason or Jay. Ellie has also called Jason big guy," she said. "I want to be abundantly clear. That is not something I call my husband, but she, I believe, heard it on Bluey. I could be wrong, but she heard it somewhere."</p>
<p>"She'll be like, 'Come on, big guy. Time to get up, big guy. Let's go in the other room, big guy,' " she continued. "And says it like it's completely normal, which is ridiculous."</p>
