Kim Delaney will face charges in relation to her recent arrest on suspicion of felony assault, a representative for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirms with PEOPLE. The NYPD Blue alum, 63, was arrested on a charge of felony assault with a deadly weapon while her husband James Morgan was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence for the March 29 incident, a Marina Del Rey Sheriff's Station spokesperson confirmed to PEOPLE the following day.
