Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy Sold Their Longtime N.Y.C. Home for $9.9 Million
Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have sold their New York City townhouse. The married actors sold their West Village abode for $9.9 million, the Wall Street Journal reports. The couple listed the home for $9.75 million in August 2024. The Homeland actress and Hannibal alum first purchased the townhouse in 2012 for $6.9 million, according to property records. Tamer Howard of Corcoran, who held the listing, told the New York Times in August that the couple was seeking a bigger property to better accommodate their family of five and host their extended family.
