Nearly 40 years after this group of actors were dubbed the Brat Pack, their films — from The Breakfast Club to St. Elmo's Fire — have gone down as classics. At the time, though, the name caused some controversy. In the documentary BRATS, several members of the Brat Pack reflected on the title and its lasting influence. "It had professional ramifications," director Andrew McCarthy, a member of the group, told PEOPLE about the cheeky nickname in an interview ahead of the film's premiere.
