An obese woman has been pictured scowling in her police mugshot after she and her partner were accused of starving and torturing a child younger than 12. Kentucky State Police detained Mary Hall, 42, on Wednesday after a boy in her care 'showed signs of torture' including bruises on his face and a chipped tooth. Jerome K Norman, 43, who is Hall's partner according to the Appalachian News-Express, was arrested the next day after he attempted to flee.
