An executive at a California mortgage lending company has been accused of killing an elderly man in a suspected drunk driving incident. Serene Francie Rosenberg, 48, was arrested by police on Friday after she allegedly ran a red light in her Land Rover and rammed head-on into a Ford Transit van in Dana Point, a small town roughly 60 miles south of downtown Los Angeles. Melvin Joseph Weibel, 88, was a passenger in the van and died at the scene, according to a news release from the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
