A Georgia man was left in complete shock when he received a piece of paper in the mail after ordering an electric drill online. Savannah resident Sylvester Franklin ordered the power tool from AliExpress - an online retail service based in China - back in November, paying around $20. Instead of sending the drill, the company shipped a printed-out picture of the item, folded it up, placed it inside the packaging and delivered it to Franklin.
