When it comes to the best bang for your buck in fast food, a Windy City wiener joint is top dog. Chicago-based chain Portillo's offers the best value for diners, according to a new survey, besting big names like McDonald's, Shake Shack and Chipotle. The global investment banking and asset management firm William Blair listed Portillo's No. 1 on its survey ranking the value diners get relative to quality and service, according to the New York Post.
