A Florida man who allegedly stole a woman's purse got more than he bargained for when he opened the bag and realized there was a kitten inside. Fort Myers Police Department officers arrested Benjamin Cummings, 34, early on Thursday and charged him with robbery without a weapon. Cummings is accused of stealing an unnamed woman's purse close to the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and Palm Avenue in the west Florida city.
