If you're looking for a low-key way to boost your fitness in the New Year, then this army-inspired craze could be for you. Rucking, which involves walking around with a weighted backpack or vest on, has taken social media by storm and food challenge maven Guy Fieri credits it with helping him to lose more than 30lbs. Walking has long been praised for its health benefits and one study out of Australia this year found that those who walked for a total of 111 minutes per day, on average, lived 11 years longer than people who walked very little.
