A horrified TikTok user discovered that a malfunctioning charging cord almost burned her house down. Jules, who goes by @homesteadingmommasaga on TikTok, revealed in a recent video she posted on the social media platform that a USB-C charging cable would've potentially started a house fire. The TikToker explained that she was getting ready to leave her house right before she began to smell something burning. 'Something was definitely hot... I'm looking around, and I'm freaking out because I could smell something,' Jules said.
