A KROGER customer has shared their fury on social media after a bad experience with the store's pickup service.
They said their order had been canceled three times and they were still waiting to get their money back.

Like most grocery stores, Kroger offers a pickup service where customers can place an order online to be collected at a later date or time.
However, one customer on X has found this experience to be anything but smooth sailing.
"Kroger, you screwed up my pickup order last Friday for the 3rd time!" they wrote, tagging the store.
"Just couldn't get to me again even though I put in my order days before."
The customer posted screenshots of their bank account showing two charges from Kroger.
"Canceled the order and now I see you still are holding my money?" they wrote.
Kroger jumped in to respond.
"We're sorry to hear of your experience," posted the grocer.
"The pending holds on your account should drop right away when you cancel your order."
Kroger asked the customer to get in touch with further information so they could "investigate."

However, it's not the first time a Kroger customer has shared their frustrations with the store online.
One recently slammed the company after a frustrating experience with the self-checkout register.
"Hey bro, you really gotta work on your self checkout machines," he wrote.

"I just want to pay for my sh*t and get out of your stores, but I haven't been able to do it once peacefully, while thieves are literally running out the door."
He demanded: "Quit punishing paying customers."
Another customer complained of glitches with the self-checkout.
"I trigger the sensors every time I have more than one item in my hand to scan at the checkout since there are never any conveyor belts or places to set groceries," they wrote.
"Since it cannot be trusted, and since you cannot trust shoppers to not steal, bring back cashiers!"
