Emily dropped a reference to Meryl's diabolical character, editor Miranda Priestly of Runway journal, from the 2006 comedy.
"Properly as we've simply seen, Meryl and Miranda Priestly, are kind of like twins, right?" the Oppenheimer actress stated.
"I don't assume I'm anything like Miranda Priestly," Meryl defended herself.
"No, No. That wasn't a question," Anne interrupted.&
The Only Murders In The Building star took one take a look at Anne's gown and raised an eyebrow.

The 74-year-old Hollywood icon ignored the disses but fumbled together with her glasses as they slipped from her nostril.
This isn't the only time the Brokeback Mountain star confirmed off her ageless glow at a star-studded event.
