MOSCOW, May 21 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday that Moscow is concerned about the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic of the Congo and Uganda and that it was ready to help resolve the crisis.
