In conversation with the outlet, Chelsy said her family was in the process of moving to Mauritius semi-full-time and remembered her wedding at the Paradis Beachcomber hotel.
The Aya fine jewelry line founder said Mauritius, an island off the coast of Madagascar, was her favorite destination and that her wedding was a favorite memory from there.
"I've been coming here since I was 4 years old, so there are too many to choose from. My husband, Sam Cutmore-Scott, would, I'm sure, want me to mention our wedding day on the beach at the Paradis," she said.
"My favorite memory would be from the Paradis, but if I'm being really honest, it would probably be the daily 4 p.m. pancake station…" she added.
