Kristin Cavallari's daughter is already her mini-me.

On Monday, June 30, the podcaster, 38, shared a photo on her Instagram Stories with her 9-year-old daughter, Saylor James. The mom of three could be seen wearing a white long skirt with a matching white tank top, placing an arm around her daughter.

Saylor wrote a white dress with red dots, posing next to her mom as they snapped a picture together in the bathroom. "Future CEO," Cavallari wrote across the photo.

This isn't the first time Cavallari has referenced her daughter stepping into her shoes. Back in April, the mom of three shared that her daughter had been telling all her friends that she wants to take over her mom's jewelry brand, Uncommon James, when she's older.

"She's been telling everybody. I think the whole school knows about it. When it came out, she actually had all of her little girlfriends over, and she gifted everyone the collection," Cavallari said.

"And it's just been really fun for me to see how excited she is about this and to be able to do this. She has all the plans to take over Uncommon James one day, and I honestly do feel like she probably will because she is very into it for being nine years old," she continued. "So this is just a proud mom moment."

Earlier this month, Cavallari spoke with PEOPLE ahead of the premiere of her new E! docuseries, Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, and shared that her kids have been eager to get in on the spotlight.

"They have been asking me for years to post them. I guess it was maybe a year and a half ago that I finally posted Camden," she said.

"He's almost 13, Saylor is 9 — she'll be 10 in the fall. It's sort of the curse of being the second or the third kid," she continued. "They just sort of naturally do what the oldest is doing. In my perfect world, would they all be 12 [before] deciding if they were posted? Sure. But also, it's just not realistic."

For most of her kids' childhood, Cavallari refrained from showing their faces online. Now that they're a little older, she said, she's enjoying being able to fully share them with her audience.

"It is nice for me to be able to show that with people because my kids are the biggest part of my life. They always have been since I became a mom," said Cavallari. "And I could only let people in so much without showing my kids, so to be able to now share that world with everybody? People [can] see at the end of the day, I am just a normal mom. That is my life."
