Britney Spears had some unusual baggage with her as she touched down in Mexico with her entourage on Thursday. The pop legend, who has been posting photos and video from her adventures in the country these last few days, sparked concern as she jetted into the country with a pal by her side and a toy baby doll. Her friend was seen carrying the doll, which was wrapped in a soft blanket.
