A sorority girl's stunning mugshot has set the internet ablaze after she was pictured smiling ear to ear in the grainy police picture. Lily Stewart was arrested on March 8 for speeding in excess of maximum limits. In some parts of Georgia, the fine for speeding can be as high as $1,000. Morgan County Crime shared Stewart's mugshot with her arrest information but it didn't take long for viewers on the Internet to react to the striking image.
