The workout comes amid concern for her husband Justin Bieber's behavior and rumors that their marriage is on the rocks. The model showed off her pilates toned midriff in a white cropped tank with black yoga pants. Hailey, 28, held her newly darker brown hair back with a black headband and also wore an oversized, black zip-front hoodie.
