Shocking body camera footage shows a glamorous Washington State trooper refusing to take a sobriety test after she allegedly struck and killed a motorcyclist while under the influence of alcohol. Sarah Clasen, 35, a public information officer for the Washington State Patrol, was arrested on March 1 for the deadly crash that killed 20-year-old Jhoser Sanchez. Richland police officers responded to the scene of State Route 240 near Horn Rapids where an off-duty Clasen allegedly struck the motorcyclist, reported NBC Right Now.
