A top plastic surgeon has weighed in on Will Smith's 'puffy' and 'stiff' face, following his controversy at an awards show in Miami. The Oscar winner, 56, was filmed putting on a flirty display with India Martinez, 39, as they performed at the Premio Lo Nuestro award show on February 20. While the duo's steamy chemistry was a talking point, Smith's inflated face also set tongues wagging. While some experts have blamed it on weight gain, New York-based cosmetic dermatologist Dr Michele Green told DailyMail.
