Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was slammed after he downplayed the death of a Texas child from measles, saying 'it's not unusual' and that there are outbreaks of the highly-contagious disease 'every year.' 'We are watching it,' the Health and Human Services Secretary told reporters at President Donald Trump's first cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
