Marcus Jordan has pleaded not guilty to his DUI, cocaine possession and resisting arrest charges. The 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan entered a not guilty plea for his second-degree misdemeanor DUI charge on Friday, Feb. 7, according to court documents viewed by PEOPLE. TMZ Sports was first to report the news. In the same document, which was filed in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Marcus' attorneys also requested a trial by jury, and waived his first court appearance.
