Kim Basinger says she "loved" working with Mickey Rourke nearly 40 years ago, despite any rumors that claim otherwise. The Oscar winner, who starred alongside Rourke in director Adrian Lyne's 9½ Weeks back in 1986, now tells Variety there wasn't a feud between the pair during filming. In the erotic drama, Basinger's character Elizabeth McGraw meets Rourke's John Gray in a grocery store before they begin a romance. As the actress explains, she approached the role by meeting her costar for the first time on set for the scene.
