A disturbing new video of Justin Bieber performing a bizarre rap about getting high has sparked concern among his fans. The Baby hitmaker, 30, was seen shirtless next to a pal on board of a plane in the video, shared to his Instagram on Tuesday, as he performed a strange rhyme while holding a bag of chips. Bieber appeared glassy-eyed while rapping, 'I like a fly guy, I fly high like a magpie, I go high like I'm that guy.
