A Maryland man walked into a Baltimore police station and made a bombshell claim that he committed a double-homicide a decade ago. Scott Barnett, 45, entered the Southeast District police station on Sunday and told officers he wanted to confess to two murders he and the mother of his child, Ashlie Barnett, committed in 2014, the Baltimore police announced. He said he did not remember the victims names, but based on information Barnett provided, homicide detectives were able to piece together their identities as Charles Webster, 46, and Terrill Lehman, 41, both of whom were reported missing in December 2014, the Baltimore Banner reports.
