Louisiana governor Jeff Landry is being severely criticized in the wake of the New Orleans terror attack, after he posted a cheery photo of himself at a steakhouse in the city hours after 15 were killed. Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a US citizen born and raised in Texas drove an electric vehicle from Houston to Louisiana to carry out the deadly attack which killed 15 and left at least 35 injured.
