Paris Hilton has carried 'deep unspoken pain' after suffering physical and sexual abuse, she revealed in an emotional letter urging the House of Representatives to pass legislation aimed at ending institutional child abuse. In an emotional Instagram post Monday morning, the model opened up about living with the 'weight of the trauma' and abuse she endured as a teenager at a youth residential treatment center. Hilton, 43, shared how she was 'physically restrained, sexually abused, isolated, overmedicated and stripped of my dignity' while at the center, but added that the 'nightmares' and 'shame' continued long after she left the facility.
