Gossip Girl star Chanel Maya Banks files restraining order against family after reporting her 'missing'
Chanel Maya Banks has filed a restraining order against both her mother and cousin after they reported her missing just one month earlier. The Gossip Girl alum, 36 - who was revealed to have been found in Texas by police just hours after the family filed the missing person's report - has since been active on social media to claim she was 'not missing.' In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Banks filed a temporary restraining order against her cousin Danielle-Tori Singh on Thursday.
