The longtime copuple — who entered into a civil partnership in 2005 and wed nine years later when same-sex marriage became legal in the U.K. — marked a decade since their December 2014 wedding and 19 years since their civil partnership on Saturday, Dec. 21. John, 77, and Furnish, 62, posted a wholesome photo on Instagram to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.
