Congratulations are in order for Mike Penix Jr.! The Atlanta Falcons quarterback proposed to his girlfriend Olivia Carter on Christmas Eve, the couple announced on Dec. 29. The pair shared sweet photos from their special night in a joint Instagram post. Penix's proposal included tons of red roses, a collection of red candles and giant block letters that spelled "MARRY ME." Carter carried a massive bouquet of roses as she and Penix approached the sign.
