A top Republican pollster has said he believes Kamala Harris will win the race to the White House based on the votes of young women. Frank Luntz, a top GOP strategist, revealed on Friday night he expects her to win decisively in the upcoming election. Speaking with CNN's Anderson Cooper on his show AC360, Luntz said if the group turn out in big numbers it will be 'great news for Harris'.
