Micah Plath's girlfriend Veronica is making her on-camera debut! Veronica appeared for the first time on this week's episode of Welcome to Plathville, which aired on Aug. 20. After Veronica missed Micah completing the Spartan Race, a famous annual obstacle course, she decided it was time to stop hiding from the public eye.
