Meghan Trainor showcased her new boob job as she walked the red carpet at iHeartRadio's 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango in Huntington Beach, California over the weekend. The Made You Look songstress, 31 - who recently revealed both she and husband Daryl Sabara took the weight-loss drug Mounjaro - flashed a cheerful smile while flaunting her ensemble at the star-studded event. Back in March, the performer initially debuted her boob job on Instagram after undergoing a breast augmentation and lift.
