Taking to Instagram on Friday, the former footballer's beloved wife, 51, shared a video of images of the sportsman and wrote about how he 'completes her'. The fashion designer penned: 'When I look at this video, I think, "Wow... how lucky am I!!" You're everything I could have dreamed of and more. Happy 50th!!! 'I love you and our beautiful family endlessly.
