The Wicked and Saturday Night Live star, 34, addressed his parents sending him to gay conversion therapy during his teenage years in a recent sit-down with host Willie Geist for the upcoming episode of Sunday TODAY. "Part of the ultimatum was, 'If you go to [conversion] therapy, then you can go to school at NYU where your sister is,' "
